The Emerson 48 Y-Frame Square Flange motor is a powerfully designed motor for your pool or spa. Its Triple Bearing Protection prevents premature wear and tear and its sealed ball bearings provide additional support giving you long lasting performance. The Emerson 48 Y-Frame Square Flange motor features a smaller 48 frame size and has an open drip proof enclosure that keeps water from flowing into the motor. It also has a rear mounted fan that keeps the motor cool during operation. Its 5.5 frame boasts a stainless steel shaft for extremely durable housing and its thermally protected, Class B insulated design keeps the motor cool to prevent overheating. The Emerson 48 Y-Frame Square Flange is a single speed pool and spa motor with up-rated 3/4 HP, giving it the capability to perform at higher standards for maximum power.
