Made from 100% polyamide and featuring RAB’s PROFLEX technology, this jacket balances durability with minimal bulk. Weighing just over 200 g, it stows away easily in a backpack and its regular fit leaves enough room for a midlayer underneath. The half-long coating uses a 2.5-layer construction so you won’t need to worry about extra linings adding weight. On top of that, the recycled materials and fluorocarbon-free DWR finish mean you can stay dry while cutting down on environmental impact.
Thanks to its 2.5-layer build, the face fabric, waterproof membrane and a lightweight protective backing are bonded together. This keeps the jacket light and packable but still stops water from getting in. The durable water repellent (DWR) finish makes rain bead up and roll off the surface, extending the time you stay dry before the outer fabric needs a quick shake-off.
