The RAB Downpour Eco Jacket is a lightweight, waterproof shell designed for men who spend time outdoors in wet conditions. Featuring a 2.5-layer construction with Pertex® Shield technology, it offers reliable protection from rain without an inner lining, keeping the overall weight and bulk down.
Constructed from 100% polyester—77% of which is recycled—and treated with a PFC-free durable water repellent finish, this jacket strikes a balance between performance and environmental responsibility. Its regular fit allows room for layering without excess fabric flapping in the wind, making it a practical choice for hiking, trekking or everyday use when the skies look grey.
The 2.5-layer laminate bonds two outer fabric layers to a lightweight inner coating, reducing pack size and weight compared to traditional three-layer jackets while maintaining breathability and tear strength. At just 320 grams, it packs down small and won’t weigh you down on longer outings.
