The Rab Firewall Jacket is a three-layer waterproof shell built to keep you dry when the skies open up. Made from Pertex® Shield 3L fabric with a 40D face, it offers a regular fit and a helmet-compatible hood so you can tackle rainy hikes, climbs or daily commutes without hassle.

Durable Performance

Crafted from 100% polyamide and treated with a PFAS-free DWR finish, this jacket sheds water quickly while standing up to abrasion on rock and brush. The 3-layer construction eliminates the need for a separate lining, keeping the design streamlined and light without sacrificing protection against heavy downpours.

Waterproof & Breathable Ratings

Rated to 20,000 mm for waterproofness, the Firewall blocks even intense rain, while its 20,000 g/m²/24 h breathability lets sweat vapour escape during high-output activities. These figures mean you stay dry from both outside water and internal moisture, so you can focus on the trail ahead.
